Just watched Howl's Moving Castle (first time) last night. Most awesome thing about the movie? That there's a person in a wheelchair without ONE GODDAM WORD of explanation, or even mention. This character just happens to be in a wheelchair. Which is not important to who the person is, or what motivates her, in any way, and so is just not mentioned and expected to be accepted.
