I so desperately want to find a group of four (maybe only three) other people who meet certain conditions:

* They enjoy World of Warcraft
* They don't think you have to be at max level to enjoy just playing
* They can be counted on to show up once a week at the same time
* They think teamwork is cool

Found this via holyschist! I'm not sure what your guild situation is, but I'd recommend a huge social guild. By huge, I mean several hundred to several thousand characters.

Setting a certain time a week to show up is actually really similar to the raiding commitment (weekly schedule, same time, same place), so barring close gaming friends, I'd recommend a guild which just has a huge population to pull from for potential groups. A huge guild also means that people are always leveling, which might help with finding people who aren't at max level.

I'm not sure what your server situation is, but here I talk about my guild experiences. Proudmoore in general is known for large LGBT-friendly social guilds, if that's something in particular that you're looking for in a guild. :)

I'd also recommend the wow_ladies community in general for help/guild finding. You might find their guild-related tags helpful if you're looking for a guild. :)
